October 2017 – September 2018
Brighter Futures was our specialist wellbeing project funded by Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board’s Changing for the Better Grant Scheme.
The project ran between October 2017 – September 2018 and provided therapeutic support for adults who suffer from a mental health condition.
Aim of the project
Through our Brighter Futures project we delivered a 1-1 non-medical wellbeing support programme for adults with a low-level mental heath condition, and/or for those who want to access support to boost their overall wellbeing (as a preventative measure).
Our Brighter Futures project was delivered in two key phases. The first phase took place between October 2017 – April 2018 where we engaged and consulted with 48 adults. The evidence of this was then used to develop a 6-week support programme in phase 2 of the project, which took place between April – September 2018.
